Do I need to open an account/sign up before raising the Purchase Order?

No. you do not need to. You can also email us your purchase orders. However, with an account you can track progress of your order, download invoices and maintain your purchase history.

Can I request for quotation?

To save time, we do not send quotations as the prices mentioned on the webshop are the best offer prices.

How do I request for Advance Payment?

Just before placing the order with us on checkout page, there is a field to mention how much advance payment are you willing to make. After the order is placed, exact advance payment amount can be negotiated either through your 'Graecre Scientific' account or on the phone/email.

Can I submit Purchase Order when placing order on the webshop?

In your 'Graecre Scientific' account you will have an option to submit Purchase Order number after your order is approved.

Will I be sent the invoices and receipts?

Yes. We will email you all the related documents throughout our business. Alternatively, you can also download the necessary documents for any order raised by you anytime after you will have opened the 'Graecre Scientific' account.

Will I have sales and technical support?

Absolutely. We have an experienced team who can be approached anytime by Chat Support, Email, Phone, and Contact-us form. We also pay on-site visits for Product Demonstrations and Validations.
