Graecre Scientific are committed to delivering products and services to the 100% satisfaction of their customers. To that end, the following terms and conditions apply.

Prices and Payment

Product prices are quoted on our webshop. All prices are in ₹ and exclude GST (Goods and Services Tax). Graecre Scientific are required to add GST (currently at 12%) to the cost of all goods delivered to an Indian address.

Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted, but will be calculated along with the GST charges automatically on adding items to your cart.

We accept 'Advance' payments. Payment is to be done against Proforma Invoice sent by us. After checking out, the order will be conditional upon approval of the same by us. Once an order is approved, you can submit your PO number, if you will have one, and then receive all the necessary documents for a successful business transaction and correspondence.You have an option to directly email us your Purchase orders without opening a 'Graecre Scientific' account.

We regularly monitor competitor and market place prices and we try to ensure we are the cheapest in the market for like products.

Prices are reviewed and updated on a regular basis and may change without prior notice. If in the unlikely event there is a pricing mistake in one of our catalogs, promotional brochures or on our webshop, relevant to a product you are trying to buy, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the choice to confirm or withdraw your order.

Returning the goods is at your own expense and postage is non-refundable. This can be done using your own courier. If items or packaging have been used, lost or damaged, we reserve the right to apply a repair or depreciation fee which will be deducted from any refund. In case of return, we will need to send you a return form with a returns reference before items are returned back to us. This is to enable use to keep track of the return and make sure we can quickly identify who the returned goods are from so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible when the goods are returned.

Refund Policy

Goods which have been ordered in error or goods that the customer no longer needs are to be returned at the customers expense. For 'bulk goods' or goods where the manufacturer charges a restocking fee we reserve the right to pass on the full value of the manufacturers restocking cost. We will advise of the manufacturers restocking fee when the desire to return is shared with Better Equipped so you can make an informed decision on whether to keep or return the made to order item. Please note the vast majority of items we supply are shipped from stock and so we will not need to pass on a restocking fee for these items returned in their original condition.

All refunds will be made on the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 working days to show in your account.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order before packing and despatch and if successful you will receive a full refund of payment made in advance/ or payment will not be collected. If the product has already been despatched, then you will have to return the goods in their original condition to obtain a full refund of the amount paid in advance.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. When you complete the checkout process we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. You can also track live progress of your order and access all the order related documents and details on your personal 'Graecre Scientific' account.
